Multi-Million Dollar Construction, Renovation Project Nears Completion at Lincoln City’s Coho Lodge

LINCOLN CITY, OR- A multi-million dollar new construction and renovation project at The Coho Oceanfront Lodge will be complete in time for spring break, according to the hotel's owners, the Lee family of Wilsonville, Ore.

A new wing with 14 suites will cater to adults featuring luxury appointments, while the north and main building are all age-inclusive with some suites featuring specially decorated rooms for families with children. Studios and suites in these existing buildings all have been completely renovated.

The team working on what may be the only current hotel project of this size on the Oregon coast, includes Denny Han, designer with F + A Architects, Los Angeles; Mega Pacific, Portland, contractor and Ankrom Moissan, Portland, interior designers.

Lincoln City Mayor, Lori Hollingsworth said, "On behalf of Lincoln city, I want to congratulate the Lee family on The Coho Oceanfront Lodge's wonderful new construction and renovation. This is welcome news for the tourism industry and a real vote of confidence for our community."

Rob Lee is the director of operations while Linda Toler, formerly with the Ocean Lodge in Cannon beach, is the hotel manager. The Lee family has owned The Coho Oceanfront Lodge and other hotel properties in the area for more than 20 years.

Lee said more details on the new Lincoln City project will be released over the next few days. The new wing is scheduled to open in early March.
