First Annual Mutt Run May 22rd The first annual Mutt Run, sponsored by the City of Lincoln City, Oregon, is a 5k run/walk for pets and owner. The starting line and registration booth is located at 1545 SE 50th Street. Registration will begin at 8AM; with the run starting at 9AM. The cost is $10 per person/pet.
