The Coho Oceanfront Lodge would like to remind travelers that the Culinary Center of Lincoln City, Oregon will be hosting a Cioppino Cooking Class. In this hands on cooking class, you’ll learn to make the classic Italian dish, 'cioppino'. Cioppino is a coastal stew, made with fresh local seafood. The class will also prepare a salad and foccacia to go with the Cioppino and will also explore some great local wines to pair with your meal. For more information, please click here.
