While it's more than 90 miles from Portland, the city nicknamed "Dog Town USA" in 2006, Lincoln City, Oregon, also rolls out the red carpet for its guests with furry family members. The beachside town offers a handful of pet-friendly hotels, making it easy to plan a vacation that includes the whole family.

The hotel features oceanfront rooms and suites, and reserves a few rooms for guests with pets weighing less than 25 lbs. With features including low-flow water fixtures and bamboo blend towels, the hotel also strives to be a "green" hotel.
